We are seeking a highly motivated and trusted Executive Assistant to support the Aristocrat Gaming Chief Executive Officer of and the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO). This is a critical role within the organization, providing strategic and proactive administrative support at the highest levels of leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive partner who thrives in fast-paced, multifaceted environments and operates with agility, discretion, and precision.
In this role, you’ll lead complex calendars, oversee sensitive communications, facilitate critical cross-functional engagement, and contribute to the rhythm of business for two globally influential leaders. You will be integral to ensuring operational excellence and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities across Aristocrat Gaming and the global People & Culture function.
What You’ll Do- Calendar & Meeting Management Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and events across time zones for the CEO and CPCO, anticipating needs, handling conflicts, and ensuring timely preparation of materials and participants.
- Confidential Executive Support Handle highly confidential business information, organizational changes, people strategies, and executive-level communications with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Meeting & Event Preparation Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions for key meetings, town halls, board engagements, and offsite leadership events.
- Business Rhythm Coordination Support the operating cadence and deliverables of the executive offices—aligning closely with direct reports, global business units, and support functions.
- Strategic Communication & Liaison Act as a point of contact and trusted liaison for internal and external partners, including senior leaders, Board members, and government entities as needed.
- Operational Oversight Manage executive administrative processes, including travel arrangements, expenses, project tracking, document control, and reporting coordination.
- People & Culture Engagement Support Assist with People & Culture initiatives.
- Anticipatory Leadership Support Proactively identify issues, gaps, or opportunities to improve executive flow of work—supporting strategic prioritization and business continuity.

Pay Range$75,461 - $140,142 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
