**About Safebox LLC:**

Safebox LLC provides strategic IT leadership, robust security, and operational excellence tailored specifically for mid-market enterprises ($150M–$2B revenue).

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Developer Advocate** to support and cultivate an external developer community for our new, yet-to-be-released cross-platform development framework to work with our social media client. This individual will be producing compelling and informative content, including documentation, tutorials, and videos, to empower external developers. The Developer Advocate will also take a lead in community management, offering developer support, and gathering valuable feedback to enhance the user experience. This position ensures that the internal engineering team can focus on advancing core functionalities by handing off external user communications and support to you.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Strong technical expertise in iOS and/or Android development
* Experience coding in TypeScript
* Experience in content creation including documentation, tutorials, videos, and presentations
* Excellent communication and social skills
* Expertise in community engagement and support
* Experience in analyzing user needs and providing actionable feedback
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a developer advocacy role or a related position
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

**Nice to Have (Highly Desired Experience):**

* Experience in open source projects and community-driven development
* Public speaking experience, including conference talks and events
* Ability to moderate social spaces and engage with developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Stack Overflow
* Established network within the tech community
* Experience with cross-platform development
