Seeking a Senior Recruiter to establish relationships with individuals showing outstanding work behaviors, connecting candidate skills with business needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiency Expert: Lead and find opportunities to enhance full lifecycle recruitment processes by providing valuable insights into improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Talent Scout: Define sourcing strategies using information provided through hiring manager intake session and identify/activate various channels to attract top talent.
* Candidate Assessor: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and skills to ensure they align with position requirements and organizational principles.
* Relationship Builder: Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, provide direction, and act as a subject matter expert.
* Candidate Advocate: Ensure candidates have a positive experience with timely feedback and updates.
* Analytical Thinking: Develop and extend job offers that align with both candidate and business requirements.
* Marketing Savvy: Develop compelling job postings and leverage multiple platforms for posting.
* Social Media Enthusiast: Promote and build employer brand through online platforms.
* Project Participant: Engage in projects and training that support overall success, such as interviewing skills training and company initiatives.

Work Responsibilities:

* Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for all levels, from emerging to senior leadership running the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
* Lead Talent Acquisition processes, promoting adherence to guidelines and facilitating and improving workflows.
* Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, TA COE to refine hiring processes.
* Lead recruiting projects, handle timelines, and use analytics and data insights to continuously optimize recruitment processes, ensuring best in class outcomes while driving continuous improvements.
* Track and report key recruiting metrics, including top of funnel conversions, candidate pipeline health, pass through rates, time and offer.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
* 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; Other HR function experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience leading and training process improvement projects with multiple partners.
* Experience with third-party vendor agencies.
* Excellent consultative skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality working closely with senior leaders and HRBPs.
* Excellent teamwork abilities, with a track record of optimally working with individuals from various backgrounds while demonstrating tact and adaptability.
