**Fellers Ranch**: Fellers Ranch produces premium Wagyu beef through a unique partnership between a historic, family-owned USDA-inspected butcher shop and experienced ranchers in south-central Minnesota and South Dakota.
**Blue Earth Farms:** Blue Earth Farms is redefining the way consumers access premium, responsibly sourced meats through a direct-to-consumer subscription model.
**Cured and Crated:** Cured and Crated offers a curated charcuterie experience, delivering hand-selected, artisanal cured meats, cheeses, and gourmet pairings straight to customers’ doors.
***Position Overview***
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute strategic marketing efforts across all Advenshure meat companies. This role will be responsible for brand development, campaign execution, digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer, capable of building and managing cross-functional initiatives while balancing the distinct voice and goals of each brand.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function of a fast-growing portfolio of consumer and B2B businesses in the meat industry.
***Scope of Responsibilities***
* Strategic Planning & Brand Management
* Implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand aligned with growth objectives.
* Maintain distinct brand identities while identifying opportunities for shared messaging, promotions, and cross-brand campaigns.
* Lead annual marketing planning and budgeting processes across all entities.
* Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
* Own and manage performance of paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
* Partner with sales teams to optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, and lead generation efforts.
* Monitor KPIs and analytics across platforms; continuously optimize for ROI.
* Content & Creative Oversight
* Oversee content creation (visual and written) for campaigns, websites, social media, and customer communications.
* Collaborate with external designers, photographers, and copywriters as needed.
* Ensure messaging consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints.
* Retail & Wholesale Marketing Support
* Support retail butcher shop promotions, in-store signage, community engagement, and local advertising for Conger.
* Develop sales enablement materials and B2B marketing strategies for Kelley Creek Ranch and Fellers Ranch.
* Develop sales and marketing campaigns for D2C e-commerce companies Blue Earth Farms and Cured and Crated.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage external marketing agencies and contractors.
* Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and operations to ensure alignment across functions.
* Report marketing results and recommendations to executive leadership.
***Background Preferences/Requirements***
* 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
* Proven track record of success in multi-brand marketing, preferably in food, retail, or DTC subscription businesses.
* Deep experience in digital marketing, shopper marketing, content strategy, CRM/email marketing, and performance analytics.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), SEO tools, social media management, and marketing automation.
* Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
* Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
