NOW HIRING: BARTENDERS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collect payments from patrons.
* Mix ingredients to create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Have a clear understanding of beer, wine and be familiar with cocktail recipes
* Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons.
* Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Stay guest focused and attempt to limit liability and issues related to patrons level of drinking.
* Clean bar, work areas and tables as needed.
* Other tasks as assigned

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

* Employees must have a basic knowledge of the dining room and service procedures.
* The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to actively listen and social perceptiveness skills.
* Previous experience as a bartender
