Description

**MAU is hiring a Staffing Specialist in Florence, KY.** As a Staffing Specialist, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment and hiring processes to support client staffing needs while ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Shift Information**

* Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Occasional nights and weekends as needed

**Required Education and Experience**

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1–3 years of experience in a professional business setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business Management, Human Resources)
* HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
* Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Background in staffing, manufacturing, HR, or production supervision

**Essential Functions**

* Manage recruiting sources and maintain applicant flow
* Screen, interview, hire, evaluate, and counsel Associates
* Onboard and orient new hires to meet client-specific standards
* Maintain ATS records and collaborate with Recruitment Marketing
* Develop and update client orientation materials
* Administer assessments and performance-related changes
* Conduct accident investigations and manage workers' compensation cases
* Resolve client invoice and service issues
* Ensure consistent client visits and service delivery
* Attend unemployment and workers’ comp hearings as needed
* Maintain safety and compliance standards

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**

* Work is conducted in both administrative offices and client manufacturing environments
* Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, etc.)
* Exposure to non-temperature controlled areas, clean rooms, and industrial equipment

**Physical Requirements**

* Lift 5–15 lbs occasionally
* Stand or walk for up to 8 hours
* Sit for up to 8 hours
* Climb stairs occasionally

**Travel**

* Up to 10% travel required, minimal overnight stays
