What You’ll Do:

• Cook up delicious menu items while keeping quality and consistency on point.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized (we all work better that way).
• Help with prep—chopping, slicing, marinating, and all that good stuff.
• Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Make sure food looks great before it goes out.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards (because no one likes a health code violation).
• Assist with inventory by keeping an eye on supplies and letting management know when we’re running low.
• Be part of the daily hustle—setting up and breaking down stations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using kitchen tools (knives, grills, fryers—you get the idea).
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well under pressure while keeping a cool head.
• Team player vibes—we all support each other here.
• Understanding of food safety (or a willingness to learn).
• Previous restaurant experience is great but not required—we’ll teach you!
• A love for food, music, and Detroit’s history is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
