Architect / Residential Blueprint Drafter

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and skilled Architect or Residential Drafter to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into accurate and professional residential blueprints. If you’re passionate about design, detail-driven, and ready to take ownership of your work—we want to hear from you!

You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring home projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop accurate residential architectural blueprints
• Interpret sketches, drawings, or verbal instructions into technical plans
• Work with engineers, designers, and builders to meet design goals
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations
• Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and changes

Requirements

• Experience as an Architect or Draftsperson in residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Understanding of residential construction codes
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Experience with structural, MEP, or permitting plans
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous residential work

Pay: $51,876.79 - $62,475.27 per year
