**Salary**
**$50.00 - $55.00/hour**

**What You'll Do:**
* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
* Mentor and guide therapy staff

**What We’re Looking For:**
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
* Current state PT license
* 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
* Strong clinical and leadership skills
* Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
