Nino Development has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale-Miami, Florida who is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager (Multifamily/Commercial Construction) to join their team.

*This position REQUIRES you to travel and be on-site, visiting project sites weekly.*

*Projects range within a 150 mile radius of Greater Fort Lauderdale/Miami, FL*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC process for multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract documents, specifications, and local building codes.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and processes, including inspections, tests, and quality audits.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
• Perform regular inspections and identify potential quality control issues before they escalate.
• Review and ensure that all project deliverables are completed according to specified standards and quality expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for each phase of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a QA/QC Manager position with projects at/greater than $100M+
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily, commercial and senior living projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality control processes.
• Experience with inspection, testing, and compliance reporting in construction.
• In-depth understanding of multifamily residential construction processes and requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001) is a plus.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is preferred.
• CMIC and/or Procore software is a plus

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
