Duties
* Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
* Transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats.
* Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
* Perform clerical tasks such as order entry and document management.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
* Assist in generating reports from the database for analysis and decision-making purposes.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Skills
* Proficiency in using Excel and other spreadsheet software for data management.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with database management systems is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and transcriptions.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with clerical duties, including order entry processes, is advantageous.
* Strong computer skills, including knowledge of file management systems.
