We’re Real Estate Photographer Pro (REPP), a fast-growing education and services company helping photographers launch and grow their real estate media businesses. We have a recruiting division—REPP Talent—that helps take hiring off our clients’ plates completely.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

As our Talent Placement Specialist, you’ll own the recruiting and placement process for real estate photography businesses across the U.S. Your job is to:
  • Write and optimize job postings (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on criteria like communication, coachability, and technical skill
  • Conduct video interviews and submit only high-quality, hire-ready candidates to our clients for final decision making
  • Coordinate with internal coaches to understand each business’s unique needs
  • Manage a pipeline of photographer talent across multiple geographic markets
  • Track placement metrics and continuously refine the process

**We’re Looking For Someone Who:**
  • Has 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency-style environment
  • Is skilled in screening creative/freelance talent or service-based professionals (bonus if in photography/media)
  • Thrives on attention to detail, clear communication, and fast turnaround times
  • Can confidently evaluate candidates through both hard skills and soft skills (attitude, fit, etc.)
  • Feels comfortable managing a high volume of open roles simultaneously
  • Loves systems, structure, and iteration (this role will evolve!)
