Description: IBSS is seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Support Specialist to work on-site in Boulder, providing help desk
Tier 3 support to users, laptops, and workstations within the Enterprise IT Operations of the OCIO of a civilian Federal government agency. The schedule is normal business hours:
5 days on-site Key Responsibilities:- Manage software deployments and endpoints with endpoint management systems such as Microsoft MECM, MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
- Provide support Microsoft O365/Teams and Adobe.
- Perform routine updates, patches, and system maintenance to sustain a secure and stable endpoint environment.
- Assess, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Configure security settings, integrate applications with enterprise systems, and enforce compliance requirements.
- Enforce security policies, monitor for compliance, and remediate security risks.
- Managing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Azure and VDI endpoints and pools.
- Manage users and groups in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra to include MFA
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint-related technical issues, providing Tier 3 escalation support for complex problems.
Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:- 3-5 years of professional experience providing Tier 3 support in the following areas:
- Familiarity managing Mac endpoints via JAMF Pro
- Experience using PowerShell to create, modify, and debug code for systems administration and automation of tasks.
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with users, ensuring timely response and issue resolution
Desired Skills- Experience using BigFix, Tenable, and Qualys
- MFD/Printer admin and support
