· Location: Hybrid - Evanston, IL (2–3 days/week in office) + Remote (Zoom)

A Comprehensive Experience: Blending Sales & Operations & Charity

In partnership with the NFL Alumni Association, Pro Sports Experience, LLC manages two fast-growing national initiatives:

1. NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps — Non-contact instructional camps for children ages 6–14 in markets nationwide.

2. NFL Alumni Family Football Gameshow — A new, high-energy virtual trivia event featuring NFL Alumni players and designed to raise funds for schools, nonprofits, and community groups through fun and engaging experiences..

We are seeking a Sports Business Development Manager who is passionate about sports, youth programming, and purpose-driven events. This position is comprehensive — blending sales, operations, and marketing to make a measurable impact for the company and on society. The ideal candidate likes variety, big challenges, excellent program execution and takes pride in fundraising or youth outreach.

Business Development: NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps

· Facility Acquisition: Identify and secure ideal camp locations in target cities, ensuring safety, accessibility, and capacity requirements.
· Camp Director Acquisition: Recruit qualified camp directors who can deliver outstanding experiences and lead staff effectively.
· Build partnerships with local schools, park districts, and youth organizations to expand reach and credibility.
· Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of camp locations, attendance goals, and operational best practices.
· Coordinate logistics and communication across customer service, marketing, and on-site staff.

Sales Development: NFL Alumni Family Football Gameshow

· Lead Generation: Identify high-potential prospects in the corporate, nonprofit, school, and community event sectors.
· Outreach & Follow-up: Draft and deliver persuasive email pitches, schedule calls, and maintain lead tracking systems.
· Client Onboarding: Assist new clients through expectations for customized gameshow experiences.
· Collaborate with NFL Alumni talent and staff to ensure fun, engaging, and technically sound event execution.
· Track participation, gather feedback, and support post-event follow-ups and future bookings.

Marketing & Communications

· Content Marketing: Create and publish short blog posts and articles related to NFL Alumni, youth development, football fun, and fundraising success stories.
· Promote program visibility by posting camp and gameshow information across third-party directories, event boards, and relevant online platforms.
· Social Media Posting: Share timely, engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive traffic and registration.
· Website Design Coordination: Work with web developers to update pages, enhance user experience, and implement SEO strategies that drive discovery.

Gameshow Production Support

· Prepare trivia slides, host bios, sponsor visuals, and other show materials in coordination Executive Director.
· Act as virtual “stage manager” during Gameshows — launching games, managing chat and tech issues.
· Capture performance data and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Essential Skills

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of passion, professionalism, and practical ability. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about youth development, football, and community impact. You should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), comfortable with both Zoom and in-person collaboration, and highly organized in managing time-sensitive projects. Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) are essential, along with adaptability to switch between outreach, logistics, and content tasks. This is a role for a proactive, self-starting team player who brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every assignment.
