**Job Description:**

Ariana Digital is actively seeking skilled **Salesforce Cloud Administrators** to support upcoming Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Licensing, Permitting, and Certification (LPC) initiative. As a critical part of our agile staffing model, this role is designed to ensure platform stability, security, and optimal performance across distributed cloud environments.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll serve as the backbone of system configuration, user management, and environment governance—helping ensure that public-facing digital services are both dependable and scalable.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, page layouts, and security settings across Salesforce environments.
* Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.
* Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and support sandbox and production deployments.
* Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Architects to support sprint cycles and production releases.
* Maintain data integrity and support data imports, deduplication, and cleansing processes.
* Ensure compliance with public sector data security, accessibility, and audit standards.
* Assist in UAT coordination, environment management, and support documentation for agency users.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or App Builder a plus).
* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, preferably in a public sector or highly regulated environment.
* Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Clouds).
* Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Licensing, Permitting, and Certification (LPC) configurations preferred.
* Understanding of user provisioning tools, data loading tools (Data Loader, Workbench), and deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, etc.).
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Experience with Agile delivery cycles and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Education from a Pennsylvania institution or U.S. community school strongly valued.
* Prior work on state, local, or federal government projects is highly desirable.

**Travel Requirement:**

* Primarily remote, with willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time (domestic travel)
