We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Collaboration Specialist to oversee the administration, development, and strategic use of Microsoft 365 tools within our organization. The Microsoft Collaboration Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Microsoft 365 environment—with a particular focus on SharePoint, Power Automate, and new AI tools—supports and enhances our business processes, collaboration, and information management needs.

**Responsibilities include:**
* SharePoint Administration and Maintenance: Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site collections, content databases, and web applications.
* Deep Knowledge of SharePoint: Leverage extensive understanding of SharePoint features, functionalities, and best practices to optimize its use within the organization.
* Business Analysis Skills: Analyze the organization’s needs and design customized SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions to address specific business challenges.
* Implementation Expertise: Oversee the setup, configuration, and deployment of SharePoint, Power Automate, and new AI tools within the organization.
* User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI tools. Offer ongoing troubleshooting and support.
* Development and Customization: Develop and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, Power Automate solutions, and AI-driven applications to align with organizational requirements.
* AI Integration: Leverage new AI tools within Microsoft 365 to enhance automation, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
* Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Manage permissions and access controls to protect sensitive information.
* Integration: Integrate SharePoint, Power Automate, AI tools, and other Microsoft 365 applications with business systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
* Project Management: Lead SharePoint, Power Automate, AI tools, and Microsoft 365-related projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
* Manage and execute projects such as ERP and MRP integration.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, policies, and procedures for SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI tools.
* Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with trends and updates in Microsoft 365 technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements to maximize their potential
**Essential - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, AI tools, and other Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and OneDrive.
* Development Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, InfoPath, and related tools. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.
* Business Analysis: Strong ability to evaluate business needs and develop tailored Microsoft 365 solutions, including automation workflows and AI-driven processes.
* Implementation Expertise: Proven experience in deploying and configuring SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI-driven applications.
* AI and Automation Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies and their application within Microsoft 365 for enhanced business productivity.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Training and Support: Ability to provide effective end-user training and support to ensure adoption and optimal use of SharePoint, Power Automate, AI tools, and Microsoft 365.
* Security Awareness: Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing configurations, customizations, and documentation.
**Qualifications include:**
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and development, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint, Power Automate, and AI tools.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, or Solutions Expert.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives independently or within a team.
* Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies, including AI and automation, and industry best practices
