Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Fine Dining Bartender , you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Duties
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
* Process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering duties.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests.
* Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed.
* Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Experience
* PROVEN EXPERIENCE as a bartender in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant.
* Wine knowledge is preferred
* Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests.
* Proven sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling payments and providing accurate change.
