Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of client IHG-branded property (under 100 rooms). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a small-scale, boutique-style hotel environment while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence within the IHG standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all daily operations including front office, housekeeping and maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational policies
* Lead, train, and motivate a small but highly effective team, fostering a positive work culture
* Drive guest satisfaction scores through personalized service and problem resolution
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue growth strategies
* Implement local marketing and sales initiatives to increase occupancy and RevPAR

Qualifications:

* Proficiency with IHG’s PMS (Opera) system is required.
* Local candidates only (applications outside the area will not be considered).
* Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in an IHG or comparable branded hotel (preferred).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a small, close-knit team.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved in daily hotel operations.
