This article discusses the refund policy for various types of daily.jobs Premium Subscriptions, Pay-Per-Action Products.
Subscriptions
- daily.jobs Subscriptions, such as Standard Subscription, Executive Search, and Executive Plan, are not refundable. If you cancel your Premium subscription, all your Premium features, including Candidate Pool, and External Candidates, will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Pay-Per-Action Products
- Under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may qualify for a refund. For example, if you’re using our services for yourself (instead of on behalf of a business):
- If you live in Denmark or the Netherlands, we'll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining.
- If you live in Germany, we'll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining (excluding the first year of an annual subscription).
- If you made a purchase using Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit, you're entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A SEPA direct debit refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
